A crucial aspect of house maintenance is cleaning your bedroom. When you’re too worn out or just plain not feeling it, it’s simple to put off cleaning. Here are 10 bedroom cleaning hacks to help you easily clean your bedroom. Make cleaning entertaining and don’t let your room become filthy again. As an experienced mom, my 10 bedroom cleaning hacks that can make your cleaning task more easy and quick are given below:

1. Use baking soda as the best tool

Baking soda is one of the best cleaning tricks for bedrooms. Use this component to freshen and dry clean your clothes, or combine it with vinegar to make a paste for more potent stain removal. This essential element for bedroom cleaning may be used to dry clean carpets, pillows, mattresses, and other items while also deodorizing them.

2. Use vinegar as an effective stain remover

Consider vinegar a crucial component of your bedroom cleaning routine! Carpet, bedding, furniture, and other delicate materials may all be cleaned with vinegar to get rid of stains. Simply mist discolored areas with a 1:1 solution of vinegar and water, and then wipe the stain with a cloth to remove it. The stain needs to be entirely removed after letting it air dry.

3. Try hydrogen peroxide to clean mold and mildew

Have a mold issue? Use hydrogen peroxide to get rid of those bothersome mold spots and mildew odors. Use diluted or undiluted hydrogen peroxide in a spray bottle to remove mold from your furniture, beds, drains, or sinks! Simply spray it, let it sit, and then brush the mold off. Additionally, hydrogen peroxide functions well as a disinfectant.

4. Create your own room spray

Use herbs, fruit peels, and essential oils to make your own homemade air freshener! Combine half a cup of rubbing alcohol, two cups of water, ten to twenty drops of lavender, other essential oils, lemon or orange peel, thyme, and a few sprigs of rosemary, or other herbs. A fragrant, all-natural room spray is ready!

5. Make a bleach pen for spot stains

The pen tip and ink cartridge of a broken washable marker should be moistened. Remove any extra ink by squeezing it out, then soak the tip and cartridge in a solution of chlorine bleach until they are both thoroughly whitened. Use this bleach pen to swiftly get rid of blemishes and stains on your white apparel without having to wash it!

6. Use a microfiber mop and tongs to dust blinds

You may use the microfiber cloth you put on your floor mop to dust your Venetian blinds. Use the moist cloth to quickly clean each blind by fitting it over each tong. You merely need to wash the soiled towel and tongs afterward; you don’t even need to take the blinds down! Instead of using mop heads, you could instead use sponges or an old pillowcase.

7. Vacuum instead of sweep

Sweeping requires time and effort, but you can’t remove all the material. If you have wall-to-wall carpeting, vacuuming will quickly make your filthy bedroom look tidy. You can thoroughly clean your bedroom with no effort if you just vacuum every square inch of it!

8. Mop and disinfect with a steam mop

On your hardwood floors, utilize a steam mop for a two-in-one cleaning solution. While the mop head scrubs away the dirt, the steam will thoroughly clean and disinfect the floors. It’s like performing two tasks at once! Additionally, the majority of steam mops come with flat and upholstery attachments, allowing you to use it as a steam cleaner for furniture and other surfaces as well.

9. Use a tennis racket to dust rugs

Grab your rugs and put them on a clothesline outdoors. A tried-and-true method for dusting carpets is whacking them with a tennis racket. This method is quick and easy compared to cleaning rugs. To remove all of the dust from the rug, keep beating it.

10. Use Diluted dish soap as the ultimate all-purpose cleaner

To create an all-purpose disinfectant spray that works on any surface, combine rubbing alcohol, water, and a few drops of liquid dish detergent. You’ll be amazed at how simple it is to remove the filth if you use a microfiber cloth to wipe the solution clean after application.
